1. Return Policy

Since each piece is meticulously designed and uniquely crafted for you, Tranhday does not accept returns once the product has been manufactured according to the confirmed design. We are committed to delivering a one-of-a-kind creation that meets your expectations and personal style.

2. Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our passion. If you are not completely satisfied with the final result, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at support@tranhday.com. The Tranhday team will work closely with you to find the best possible solution to ensure you are happy with your artwork.

3. Replacement Policy

We understand that unexpected risks can occur. Tranhday will provide a free replacement if:

  • The wrong product was delivered.

  • The design significantly deviates from the agreed-upon specifications.

  • The product is damaged or broken during transit.

Note: Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order, providing detailed information along with photos/videos of the unboxing process for the fastest assistance.

4. Product Quality Assurance

Tranhday takes pride in the durability and aesthetic quality of every piece. We accept claims regarding manufacturing defects or material damage within 30 days of receipt. For any concerns within this timeframe, please contact us at support@tranhday.com for prompt support.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Order Cancellation: Requests for cancellation and full refund are only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. Beyond this window, requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on the production stage.

  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you have not received your funds after 15 business days, please contact us for a follow-up.
